Cancellation Policy

I value your business and kindly appreciate your respect of my scheduling and cancellation policies.  By scheduling your appointment with me, you agree to the following policy:

 My business is based on appointments only.  A credit card is required to hold your appointment time and you must confirm the scheduled appointment immediately or your appointment will not be held.  Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, therefore, at least 24 hours notice is required if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.  This notice allows possible time for me to fill your appointment time with another client in need.  There may be a time in the future when you are that client in need.  Should you change or cancel your appointment in less than the 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, payment in full is required.  

  A "no show" for your scheduled appointment will also require the appointment to be paid in full.

It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to unwind and prepare (be on the massage table) so that your service begins at your scheduled appointment time.  Arriving early for your appointment also affords us time to discuss your session goals.  In the event that you arrive late for your appointment, the remaining time will be used for your service (which will result in a shorter duration) and payment for the original scheduled service duration will be required

Please be aware that injuries, surgeries, pregnancy (massage is restricted during the first trimester) and certain medications may be contraindicated for massage, or require a doctor's written permission to receive massage.  While these instances are rare, it is your responsibilty to discuss any concerns with me prior to scheduling your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment and anything restricts you from receiving your scheduled massage, payment in full is required.
